By implementing wrapper DLLs and structural system hooks, it builds an API bridge that simulates modern NT6 features on NT5 operating systems, bypassing standard execution limitations.

Important Deployment Guidelines:

• Installation Sequence: This core update package must be installed entirely before attempting to run the target application software.
